We have an immediate vacancy for the role of Front of House Receptionist for our Head Office in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

AV Installation Engineer - UK Wide


As a leading audio visual systems integration company; Candeo Vision has developed a large portfolio of clients across a varied range of market sectors.
We are exapanding the size of our team to meet increased demand and have an immediate requirement for two AV Installation Engineers, working out of our Nottinghamshire Head Office on projects predominantly in London but with pontential travel across the UK and Europe. 
Responsabilities will include but are not limited to the following:
 
Outline Role Specification

Physical installation of first fix wiring and equipment mounting hardware
Physical installation of equipment ie projectors, LCD displays, speakers, equipment racks etc) and commissioning of the equipment
Read, understand and interpret the audio visual schematics and other construction drawings
Attending site coordination meetings and co-ordinating with other trades 
Maintaining accurate up to date records of the onsite installation and feeding any changes back to our CAD team 
Reporting to the Project Manager and Lead Project Engineer
Liaising with other internal departments, clients and contractors
Health and safety awareness and ability to pass the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) exam is essential
Attend training courses as necessary


Key Attributes

Possess a good level of technical knowledge of electronics, audio visual systems and IP networks
Ability to plan ahead, organise efficiently and work tidily
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is essential
Competent to a high level of computer literacy
Able to work as part of a team
Ability to think laterally finding an appropriate solution to a challenging situation
Good communication skills both verbal and written, being able to communicate competently with clients, construction professionals and other memebers of our team
Ability and desire to work to the highest quality standards with attention to detail ensuring that we complete our work thoroughly, handing over to a happy customer with all relevant paperwork completed
Ambition to enhance technical knowledge and partiticiate in industry education schemes such as AVIXA CTS
